You can inquire a maximum of 12 waybill number at a time, and put “Enter” by the end of each waybill number. But it’s no need to do so if you only have one waybill number to inquire.
1. Pls click the button to enter the tracking system, type in your waybill number and click the “Begin to inquire” button to begin your inquiring. If you input wrongly, you can click the “clear and input again” button to input your content again. Then, click that button again and do your inquiry once again.
2. If you can’t inquire about your cargo in this tracking system, pls consult to our Customer Service Department for more details.
